Transformando a sobrecarga em energia criativa e produtiva

A sobrecarga causada por tarefas, mensagens e outras coisas é completamente normal. Baseia-se no medo de não conseguirmos lidar com tudo o que nos aguarda. De fracassarmos em lidar com todas essas questões, deixá-las cair e sermos um fracasso. É um medo da inadequação, que se manifesta como ansiedade. Então, o que podemos fazer com esse medo? O que podemos perceber é que ele é apenas uma energia presente em nossos corpos. Temos todos os tipos de energia: alegria, amor, gratidão, otimismo, tristeza, mágoa, pesar, raiva, poder e muito mais.
